The tea industry, especially our collaboration with registered small tea farmers, reflects this unique approach. Our farmers enjoy the full rewards of their labor as they supply the finished product. Despite not producing tea in massive quantities, our small tea manufacturers focus on quality, crafting only five to seven kilograms of tea per day.

Our meticulous process ensures freshness and quality from production to delivery. Tea is manufactured and promptly packed in paper sacks within 24 hours, then swiftly transported to our fulfillment center via road, reaching us overnight. This quick turnaround time helps maintain the tea's freshness, as our small tea manufacturers send products in small quantities as needed.

Upon arrival, our tea undergoes tasting and valuation by our expert panel before being stored in aluminum bins within a controlled environment. We maintain sufficient inventory at our fulfillment center and source location to fulfill retail orders promptly.

Through our platform, we not only connect small tea farmers with the global market but also offer an additional sales channel to the organized sector. Our commitment extends to providing worldwide doorstep delivery within eight to fourteen business days, ensuring that tea enthusiasts can enjoy our all-season teas throughout the year, no matter their location.
