Shipping and Delivery

1. Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) is usually processed and shipped out the same business day. (Please refer to the FAQ section for exceptions)

2.  Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. (Please note that our international delivery partner does not deliver TeaOrb orders on Saturdays or Sundays.)

3. To cancel your order you can email us, at [email protected] with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly. (Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Please refer to the FAQ section)

4.  Any additional customs clearance fees will have to be borne by the customer. 

SHIPPING PARTNERS

For international shipping, we work primarily with FedEx, DHL and Aramex to deliver our teas worldwide. Shipments may take up to 8-14 working days for delivery, depending on the service.

For shipping to destinations within India, we work with Amazon and Blue Dart.
